Worlds Online’s MariMed Helps Secure Nevada MMJ Permits

Worlds Online Inc. [stockquote symbol=WORX], a provider of medical marijuana consulting services through its MariMed Advisors Inc. subsidiary, recently announced that it was instrumental in helping its clients capture highly coveted provisional medical marijuana cultivation and production permits awarded by the State of Nevada earlier this week working alongside DispenaryPermits.com.

The receipt of the provision permits ends a five-month application process that required submissions of extensive security, design, financial, systems/reporting, cultivation, packaging, marketing, and ongoing operations plans and background checks, among other things. Recipients of the provisional permits have 18 months to comply with all government requirements and earn a business license.
Over the coming weeks, MariMed Advisors and DispensaryPermits.com anticipate successfully securing medical marijuana permits for clients in Illinois and Minnesota, too. MariMed Advisors LLC CEO Robert Fireman added that the Illinois medical marijuana application process was one of the strictest they’ve seen, but they anticipate an eventual approval when decisions are made in December.
