Endexx Enhances Cansummable Division with New Acquisition

Endexx Corporation [stockquote symbol=EDXC], a provider of innovative medical marijuana management and technology solutions, recently announced the acquisition of CBD Health Solutions LLC, a provider of nutraceutical and health related products in the phyto-cannabinoid industry. While the two firms have been collaborating since September 2014, the acquisition brings everything in-house.

“After working with Endexx for the past several months, it became apparent, through collaboration and combining our resources, we can execute our business strategy more efficiently,” said CBD Health Solutions LLC Co-Founder Scott Bramble in a recent press release. “Together, our overall skill sets will provide us a competitive advantage in this rapidly growing market.”

Over the past three weeks, CBD Health Solution’s website (www.cbdhealthsolutions.com) has generated impressive early-stage sales of their current product lines. The website will be complementary with Endexx’s CBDunlimited.com, which launched this week after fully integrating back-end functionality with CBD Health Solutions’ platform.

The CBD Health Solutions team will also bring deep expertise in social media and digital advertising, which could prove instrumental in building the company’s existing and future web properties. Over the long-term, target markets include nationwide whole and retail distribution in vape shops, high end smoke shops, and niche health and beauty retailers in 10+ U.S. states.
