Abattis Bioceuticals Appoints Valuable New Directors

Abattis Bioceuticals Corp. In the past, he also served as VP of E-Commerce for Bermuda-based GlobeNet Communications, as well as CFO and Director of NWest Energy Corporation.

Mr. Emanuel Montegerino is President and CEO of Think Sharp, a consulting firm for corporations seeking expeditious, creative solutions for their business objectives when facing government barriers. In the past, he served as Chair of the Government Relgions Group of Lang Michener LP, now McMillan LLP, and has 32 years of experience as a business lawyer in the space.

The two new directors will join Messrs. Withrow, Fealey, Sorocco, and Hedley on the Board of Directors, effective immediately. As the company pursues licensed producer status under Canada’s new Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulations (“MMPR”), the insights from the two new directors could be invaluable when dealing with both the Canadian government and self-governing nations.
